***Onsite Support available within 25 miles of Everett, Washington for $150/hr + travel time for Sky Plan and $120/hr + travel time for Sea Plan. Additional Support Hours are available beyond what is included each month for $125/hr + any applicable travel time for Sky Plan and $95/hr + any applicable travel time for Sea Plan. Afterhours remote support is available btwn 6pm-8am PT M-F, weekends, and holidays for initial $500 fee + anything beyond included support hours for Sky Plan and initial $350 fee + anything beyond included support hours for Sea Plan. Support hours do not roll over each month.
